Okasha Asrar is a 2028 SS/2B/3B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from North Brunswick Township, NJ who attends Rutgers Prep. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.46 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, moves well laterally and gets to his spots, smooth glove actions, works to get on top of his throws, glove actions stood out and are his best defensive skill/tool, arm has some projection. Switch-hitter at the plate, sets up in a straight and balanced stance with a low leg raise trigger, gets extended well and hits through the ball with a middle of the field line drive approach, on time and able to repeat. Sets up wider from the left side with an inward toe tap trigger, has some lift from this side but less bat speed, better at present right handed. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
