Nathan Green is a 2028 C/RHP/OF with a 5-9 167 lb. frame from Burleson, TX who attends Burleson. Primary catcher with a young athletic build with good present strength for his age. Sets up from a two-knee set from a more upright base. Pops out of the crouch athletically and was accurate with strength behind his throws. Showed promising actions behind the dish and recorded a 2.00 pop time. Was also up to 75 from there. Also played outfield and showed a good idea out there fundamentally speaking. Good footwork to the ball and gets it out from a strong arm and was up to 83 from the outfield. Also pitched throwing from a high 3/4 slot from the full arm swing. Fastball worked up to 83 as ball jumps out of his hand. Fastball showed good late life to it and could locate it on the edges. Snaps off a really good-looking curve with healthy 11-5 shape and depth. Could drop it in and locate when thrown right. Tunnels both pitches well off each other and mimics slot. Hard to pick up spin out of his hand. 7.06 runner in the sixty. Right-handed hitter with an upright narrow base. Small stride into contact with a reared back hand load. Works the opposite field and middle field well with good strength at impact. Swing tends to get long and loopy at times but power projects and almost went yard in game the other way. Named to the Lone Star Showcase Top Prospect List.
