Jaiden Combal is a 2027 3B/IF, OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from West Covina, CA who attends Bishop Amat. Thin young look. In the outfield, the footwork is choppy in his approach to the fielding point. Unique arm stroke doesn't have a lot of flow but produced average carry and was accurate to both bases. In the infield, he has heavy feet when working laterally but beat the ball to the fielding point, Stagnant fielder that has to re-gain moemntum into his accurate throws across. More arm strength is on the way with further physical maturity. Right-handed hitter, medium base and high back elbow. The swing is pure rotational and the hips never stop to snap the barrel. Decent bat speed but limited feel for the barrel. Tough to translate this to in game reps. Needs to polish the swing and refine the barrel skills. 7.60 60-yard. Excellent student.
