Kipton Walden is a 2030 RHP/C/SS with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Bowling Green, KY who attends Bowling Green. Young developing frame with some room for added strength. Ran a 7.62 60-yard dash. On the mound, worked exclusively from the stretch with a hip-high lift, quick arm with in-line action and a fast tempo, rotates fast with a tall finish and shorter stride, fastball 74-79 mph T79, strike throwing came and went early but showed better rhythm late in the outing. Primary outfielder on defense, charges it with intent and creates momentum through the ball, some quickness to the first step with a good gather, throws came out well with a lower line and solid carry, posted 77 mph from the outfield. Right-handed hitter with a shorter leg lift trigger and a repeatable stroke, line-drive approach up the middle with shorter hands to the ball from launch, showed flashes of strength and a shorter swing that stays compact.
