Cayden Addison is a 2029 OF/RHP/1B from Homestead, FL, attending South Dade Senior High School, with a medium, athletic 5’9”, 140-lb frame and room to continue developing strength. He is a 7.12 runner in the sixty. On the mound, he works from a full windup with a clean, repeatable delivery and throws from a high three-quarter arm slot. He shows solid body control and feel for pitching, competing well, and finding ways to record outs. His fastball plays best down in the zone to get groundballs, his curveball spins well and can land for strikes, and he kills spin on the changeup. Projectability is present, as he continues to refine shape and depth. He has foundational pitching traits that can be built upon with maturity and reps. Defensively, he profiles as a versatile outfielder with clean transfers. He fields the ball out front and shows a three-qiarter slot upon release. His accuracy to bags plays well for his age. At the plate, he's a right-handed hitter with an even base and open front foot setup. He flashes youthful bat speed and the ability to find the barrel, showing some feel for contact and the ability to drive the ball to the opposite field. His swing projects to clean up as he develops. He is a young, multi-position athlete with solid fundamentals, competitiveness, and a clear developmental runway.
