Easton LaRocco is a 2028 C/2B/3B with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Bonita Springs, FL who attends Canterbury School Of Florida. Features a smaller lean build with plenty of room/time to add strength. Ran a 7.42 60-yd dash. In the INF and behind the plate he showed developing actions. At SS, showed decent feet that move with avg. quickness and range and break down and bit as he works into posture. Glove displays early and fields it clean and soft at reception. Glove tap and extra shuffle for most throws but worked quick on his forehand GB. Used a shorter arm action that got off accurate throws across with average strength for his level. Behind the plate, sets up in a taller stance. Segmented catch/throw actions. Quick/compact exchange that happens at the upper chest. Aligns himself post reception. Gains minimal ground towards 2nd. Kept his shorter arm action where he put most of his throws on the bag. At the plate, sits in a balanced stance with bat rested flat to shoulder. Uses a medium leg lift with smaller takeback of hands and some drift onto his frontside. Rotational handsy swing that produced a ton of GBs during his rounds. Inconsistent barrel feel and timing with best results being a couple of hard GBs through the middle of the field.
