Justin Holland is a 2027 C/3B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Surprise, AZ who attends Willow Canyon. Features a bigger build with strength present. Ran an 8.58 60-yard dash. Worked out as an infielder and behind the plate. Hands caught the routine ball well. Still developing footwork into the catch point. Would help create more momentum into throwing action. Arm was accurate across the diamond with the arm strength still developing. Uses a side saddle behind the plate. Gains ground well out of crouch. Refining footwork would help lead to more consistent transfers. Accurate arm played from behind the plate as well. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an even base with hands setup in the middle of the body. Displays a direct path through the zone. Adding more loft would allow the barrel to get on plane earlier. Approach uses the opposite field well. Still developing feel for the barrel and overall power at the plate. Has time to continue to refine the swing and frame.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
