Will Nesler is a 2027 RHP/MIF with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Ankeny, IA who attends Ankeny Centennial. Medium frame with compact build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.32 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher, works from 1B side of the rubber, quick down the slope with good direction, releases from 3/4 slot, fastball worked 73-77 mph with occasional run, flashed slow curveball, developing overall control. Loads deep at the plate, releases hands well and shows accurate barrel, does good job of moving the barrel around the zone, whole-field approach, will improve with strength. Bouncy feet in the middle infield, plays low to the ground, feet work well, solid hand actions, clocked up to 79 mph across the diamond.
