Quinn Scott is a 2026 C/1B, 3B with a 6-3 220 lb. frame from Hampton, IL who attends United Twp. Extra-large frame with broad shoulders and present strength throughout. Ran a 7.75 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, even base and gets slightly open and spread moving into pop, gains subtle ground and can refine footwork, receives the ball with soft hands, arm strength on throws down to second base. Longer arm action on throws in the dirt, looseness to arm and moves well on feet, corner profile with tools to play there, some bend at waist fielding the ball. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base and bent knee stance in the box, high hand set and back elbow in set up with a hovering leg lift trigger for timing. Incorporates physical strength and shows impact off of the barrel, turns the barrel well and best results came to the pull side. Occasionally gets to front side early, shows ability to generate lift and extend through the point of contact. Very good student.
