Chase Gulick is a 2027 LHP/1B/OF with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Wolcott, CT who attends Holy Cross. Gulick worked on the mound as a primary LHP, showcasing a stretch only operation starting from the 3B side of the rubber. Chest high leg lift, in-line arm path releasing from a low 3/4 slot. FB topped out at 72 mph. Did a nice job of hiding the ball with some deception to the mechanics. Bigger shaped CB in arsenal, CH had solid fading action and killed spin at 1315 rpm. Secondary OF, displayed controlled actions with developing arm speed and carry behind throws up to 69 mph. Has additional room to speed up the footwork and attack the baseball. Offensively, the lefty started from an even base utilizing a hover trigger with a direct path through the zone. Consistent impact gap to gap with developing strength in the hands. Posted an exit velo of 67 mph. Ran a 7.94 sixty yard dash.
