Lane Moline is a 2023 SS/2B, 3B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Manson, IA who attends Manson Northwest Webster. He has a tall frame with an athletic build and plenty of room to add strength. Primary short stop that showed solid footwork working to both sides of his body. He showed softer hands and funneled the ball into his stomach well when fielding. He did a nice job of working through the back hand with his glove and feet before firing to first. He throws with a longer arm action and made consistently accurate throws. Right-handed hitter that starts in a wide base. He does not stride when swinging and has a longer path through the zone. He has a line drive approach and looks to use the entire field. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
