Oliver Camilo is a 2023 RHP with a 6-0 frame from the Dominican Republic. Medium, athletic frame with sloped shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Right-handed pitcher, coils at top of leg lift up above belt; deliberate tempo to delivery with fluidity, stays connected well and lands on line and on time. Medium length to arm stroke with quickness to arm and clean arm action, works to a lower three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 86 mph with short sinking life and still projects moving forward. Slurve shape and finish to breaking ball up to 70 mph; tends to drop slot on changeup up to 79 mph but turns it over to generate some sink. Named to the South Dominican Republic Top Prospect List.
