Bryant Kemp is a 2027 RHP/C, 3B, SS, MIF with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Lodi, CA who attends St. Mary's. Features medium sized projectable frame. A primary pitcher that showed a 2-pitch mix (FB, CB) out of a 3/4 slot with a clean smooth, shorter arm path. Hides ball well by employing a really good hip coil. Works fast with zan up-tempo repeatable delivery. Uses his legs well and drives down the mound with conviction. Fastball demonstrates excellent arm-side run, curveball shows sweeping action with high rate swing and miss. Two-innings pitched and collected four strikeouts. At the plate Kemp starts in a narrow, slightly open stance and uses a leg kick trigger load. Demonstrated the ability to control the barrel because of his strong, quick hands. Squared up the majority of his swings in hid BP round. Currently has gap power that will develop into something more as he adds strength.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
