Jaxson Cripe is a 2027 OF/1B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Anderson, IN who attends Lapel. Outstanding young athletic build with length and strength and lots of physical projection. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a high back elbow load and a toe tap timer into his swing, keeps his hands tight to his body but gets some extension out front, some back side collapse to create lift, has hand/bat speed and some pop on contact, lots going on that can be synced up and simplified but the physical tools are there to develop. 7.25 runner in the sixty. Primary outfield but didn't participate in defensive drills. Good student.
