Grayson Goertz is a 2029 OF/RHP/3B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from North Huntingdon, PA who attends Norwin. Big and physical build with plenty of present strength. Right handed hitter, sets up in a medium base with a long early stride into contact, hits off his front side, has some strength in his swing and showed he could drive the gaps and lift the ball when he was on time, would benefit from adjustments to stay back more consistently. 7.88 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, moves to the ball well, tends to stop and gather into his throws, fair young arm strength with more to come. Also worked out in the infield as a third baseman, step by step actions to the ball, glove gets down late, also stops in order to gather and throw. Took a turn on the mound, big side step start with a slight coil above the rubber. Fastball topped out at 78 and was mostly straight. Got on top of his curveball well and created some 11/5 shape and depth. Change up had some running life. Was around the zone with all his pitches. Excellent student.
