Chase Wisdom is a 2029 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Liberty, MO who attends Liberty North. Young, narrow shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran an 8.05 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, sound footwork on the approach to the baseball, fields it out front and works through it well while taking nice lateral angles, arm strength will continue to develop on throws but shows accuracy. Shorter steps on the approach in the outfield, fields the ball deep and close to body, developing overall actions, medium length arm stroke. Also pitched, drop and drive mechanics through lower half coming down the mound, works to a high three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 67 mph, worked around the zone and mixed a curveball up to 53 mph with traits that'll continue to sharpen moving forward. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base and utilizes a load stride mechanism for timing. Does a nice job of staying direct and compact to the baseball from launch with a linear path through the zone, Barrel wrap at start of swing, gets the barrel through the zone and will continue to develop more bat speed with additional physicality.
