Tyler Brown-Sumlin is a 2029 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Westlake. Medium high waisted young build. Clocked a 7.69 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder on defense, has some athleticism and developing arm strength, still working on his footwork. Right handed hitter, starts from an even to slightly closed stance with a lift and replace leg trigger, can get late getting his foot down and has minimal lower half use. Also took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch from the third base side of the rubber, high leg raise start with some coil over the rubber, compact arm action from a 3/4 slot, short stride down the mound. Fastball was consistently in the low-70's, mostly straight with some arm side life, locates his fastball well. Flashed a firm change up with some late fading action. Mixed in a slider as well.
