The actions defensively started with a good athletic prep step into swift lateral mobility. Beats the ball to the spot and keeps the feet working toward the target. He showed good feel for the backhand mechanic with equally sound funnel up the middle. At the plate, he sets up in a closed stance with big downhill path to impact. Showed some feel for consistency in his timing alonng with some backspin gap power. 7.30 60-yard. Great student.
