George Ferguson is a 2027 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from Abilene, TX who attends Abilene. Big and long athletic build with good present strength. Works from a simple delivery with a belt high leg raise and a high 3/4's arm slot that develops big downhill angle to the plate. Fastball sat in the low 90's with nice ride and carry through the zone. Threw a hard curveball with nice tight spin as his breaking ball, also mixed in a firm change up with fading life. Had feel for all three pitches and threw strikes. 7.41 runner in the sixty. Worked out as a third baseman on defense, showed his arm strength well, waits back on the ball and works into his release. Right handed hitter, hits from a medium straight stance, swings hard with developing feel for the barrel. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
