Camron Smith-Moultrie is a 2027 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Pensacola, FL who attends Pensacola Catholic. Thick bigger build with good present strength. Deliberate delivery on the mound with a long and loose arm swing, medium leg raise over the rubber, can get more drive out of his strong lower half. Added and subtracted from his fastball with his best four-seamers being in the low 80's and up to 83 mph, was around the strike zone with his fastball and had some success working counts. Threw a big breaking 11/5 curveball as his secondary pitch, more depth than sharpness this outing. Right handed hitter, sets up in an upright stance with a short stride into contact, showed some strength and ability to drive the ball when he was on time and barreled up. 7.70 runner in the sixty. Worked out at both first base and in the outfield and profiles best as a secondary first baseman moving forward. Good student.
