Zac Karanopoulos is a 2026 RHP/2B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Bradford, ON who attends St. Brother André Catholic. Features a medium-sized build with room to fill. Ran a 7.24 60-yd dash. On the mound, worked exclusively from the stretch showing a repeatable delivery. Gets into a hip high knee lift and works down down the mound on-line with avg. length. Arm works with medium length out the back and gets up early working to a higher 3/4 slot with avg. armspeed. Showed normal 4S shape to his low 80s, T82 heater where he located it consistently to the glove side and up. Mixed in a low 70s SL that varied in shape, showing both slurvy shape and standard shape. In the INF, showed quality actions. Developing footwork but gets set into good posture with chest down and an early glove that fields it clean/soft at reception. Some slight stab to the backhand actions. Gets into some slight reshuffle/regather with feet before working into throws. Used a longer arm swing that got off throws with decent carry/zip across. At the plate, works from an even base with lower hanging hands. Uses a toe tap trigger. Handsy direct bat path working short to it. Avg. bat/hand speed for his level but with decent feel for the barrel. Stayed inside it well producing LD contact through the middle of the field and RC gap but with limited strength at impact.
