Cayden Lucas is a 2026 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-1 100 lb. frame from Grapevine, TX who attends Colleyville Heritage. Smaller young build. 8.82 runner in the sixty. Plays middle infield on defense, has good lateral agility and gets to his positions behind the ball well, moves his feet with energy and intent, good young fundamentals in his fielding and glove work, developing arm strength. Right handed hitter, has a short swing with a tight hand path, uphill swing plane, bat speed will continue to improve with more physical strength. Also pitched, has a well paced compact delivery with an over the top arm slot. Had a very quick inning throwing strikes with a mid-60's fastball to go with a big breaking curveball.
