William Kemp is a 2026 SS/RHP with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Bishop, CA who attends Bishop. Features a smaller, lean, athletic frame. Showed some athleticism on the mound in a short outing. Fastball only operation and it has some run. Throws out of a high three-quarter slot. Standard mechanics and he repeats. Stays around the zone efficiently allowing weak contact throughout. In the outfield he is quick to the ball and fielded cleanly. Short arm action with limited carry but accurate. Has developing arm strength with more to come as he matures. On the infield, he showed the ability to work through the baseball. Has a quick transfer combined with an average, accurate arm. At the plate he has a narrow base with a slightly open stance. Keeps his hands low with a high finish. Stays compact with an up the middle approach. Had some timing issues with developing bat speed. Ran a 7.80 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
