Deagan Barr is a 2026 SS/RHP with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Harper Woods, MI who attends University Liggett School. Recorded a 8.00 sixty-yard dash at the event. Medium, compact frame with room to fill out. Primary infielder with a good idea on what it's suppose to look like. Long strides to the ball that cause choppy rhythm. Okay footwork with numerous steps taken once ball has been fielded. Secondary pitcher, who moves with some agility on the mound. High leg kick on the mound with a smaller rocker step to start motion and 3/4 arm slot. Slower arm action that lags through the delivery, causing misses up in the zone occasionally. Fastball has straight action, sometimes around the zone. Curveball was thrown around the zone as well, as he dropped slot to manipulate break. Right-handed hitter who hits from a closed off stance with limited timing mechanisms. Shorter stride as he grooves his bat path quickly in and out of the zone. Will benefit from a more stable approach, looking to hit the ball back up the middle and barrel awareness. Excellent student.
