Anthony Seminara is a 2027 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Bluffton, SC who attends Hilton Head Christian Academy. Larger build with some present strength. Right handed hitter, starts from a spread and slightly open stance, swings hard and is looking to drive the ball, gets on plane early and hits through the ball, has quick and strong hands, pull oriented swing and showed his pull power well. Primary first baseman on defense, has some arm strength and throws well from a lower slot, charged the ball well and stayed balanced. Looks to have the tools and athleticism to play some third base as well. Took a turn on the mound, has a full windup with a high leg raise and a 3/4's arm slot, bit cross body out front, pretty low effort and repeatable mechanics. Fastball topped out at 78 mph and thrown for lots of strikes, curveball was an effective second pitch although he tended to slow his arm on release. Bat has a chance to play. Good student.
