Luke Stevens is a 2025 3B/RHP with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from New Hudson, MI who attends South Lyon. Big and strong physical build. 7.33 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, has good fundamental footwork and works around balls well, has a clean funnel out front, some first step quickness for third base lateral range, solid arm strength. Right handed hitter, has a big shift into contact and gets into his strong hips well, line drive swing plane, can get long at times bat creates bat speed and jump off the barrel when on time, projects well as a hitter. Also pitched, has a compact 3/4's arm action with a short stride out front. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, mostly straight with occasional arm side run. Threw both a curveball and a slider, the slider was the better pitch with more spin and good tilt, curveball flashed some depth and downer shape. Solid all around player. Good student. Named to the HS All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.
