Salvador Garcia is a 2028 3B/OF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Huntington Park, CA who attends Loyola. Features a smaller-sized lean build. In the OF, showed fundamental actions. Limited footspeed and quickness working with hesitancy in the approach but works low to the ground and fields it out front. Slight regather and glove-tap post reception where he shows a shorter arm action and got off throws with avg. strength/carry for his level but with accuracy. At the plate, sits in a medium base with slight lean into backside. Some rhythm to the hands as he uses a simple forward stride. Swings of the backside. Bat path works slightly uphill to the baseball with some quality bat/hand speed. Intentful hacks and uses the ground well. On-barrel the majority of the round producing quality LDs/FBs to the middle of the field.
