Wyatt Davis is a 2026 SS/RHP/C with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Trenton, TX who attends Trenton. Large, square shouldered frame with long limbs and a lean build, room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran an 8.31 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, young actions on the approach with footwork that'll continue to refine, fields it out front, moves to the ball with intent, some bend at waist receiving the ball, lower slot on throws across the diamond to first base. Also pitched, clean mechanics throughout operation, similar low three-quarters release, tends to open front side early but able to generate running life on fastball given release, up to 72 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a narrow and open stance in the box; longer swing path through the zone with looseness to swing. Best contact when working to the middle of the field, able to elevate the ball, occasionally gets to front side early, bat speed will continue to develop with added physical strength. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
