Felix Breen is a 2029 RHP/3B/MIF with a 5-6 140 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends The Clinton School. Medium frame with a sturdy lower half. Ran a 8.03 60-yard dash. On the mound, full windup with a standard side step into a belt-high leg lift, stays square and works down the mound with a drop and drive delivery landing in line and over the front, high 3/4 slot with a longer arm action, fastball 67-74 mph T74, mixed a slurve type breaking ball at 62 with 11-5 shape and depth, showed feel for spin for the age, rounded out the mix with a changeup. Worked on the infield with actions coming along, showed the ability to adjust on the backhand and make the play, 72 mph across the infield with throws generally staying on line. Right-handed hitter with an even base that can get very wide, separation out front with a short direct path from launch and a leg lift trigger, flashed some hand speed and barrel feel with strength continuing to come.
