Dinshaw Irani is a 2025 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from The Woodlands, TX who attends The Woodlands College Park. Smaller lean build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.43 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense with second base tools, feet work well in his lateral actions and stays balanced well working around and through the ball, fields the ball cleanly, best throwing from lower arm slots. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow base with a short stride into contact, upper body rotational swing with limited lower half/back side engagement, downhill swing plane with primarily ground ball contact. Also pitched, has a short 3/4's arm stroke with good direction down the mound, simple and repeatable mechanics. Fastball was in the low 70's and topped out at 73 mph to go with a soft curveball. Elite level student.
