Owen Kueker is a 2028 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Sparta, IL who attends Sparta. A medium frame and build with some strength through it and some length. Ran a 7.42 60-yard dash. Primary infielder who worked out at the position with a good feel for the angles and footwork. He has a clean arm action working with throws at 82 mph across the diamond. He had some athleticism throughout, getting to his spots well and he kept things accurate across the diamond. He also worked out in the outfield with a feel to move to it, working through it with a clean approach, making a fluid move through it. He had one-hop accuracy working to the plate, with clean glove work and a smooth release. He threw 81 mph from the outfield and was able to show clean actions. Took BP as a right-handed hitter with a spread base, high hands, and the back elbow up. He had hard turns with feel to rotate the midsection and get the barrel to the baseball out in front. The hands start tighter to the chest, and he turns hard, pivoting and swinging through it, mostly working the pull side. He had some looseness to the operation with louder impacts working to the gaps throughout his round of BP swings. He hit well and was able to produce some loud line drives. Produced an 81 mph exit velocity during PG DK Testing. Kueker also got on the mound and worked with a full wind-up, favoring the first base side. He had a loose operation with big separation into a deep arm action and low three-quarters slot. He coils well at the top and controls his actions well, working down the slope. He showed a fastball that worked 78-80 mph with some sink to it, spinning above 2,100 RPMs. He would occasionally cut it. He also showed a curveball in the mid- to upper-60s that had spin above 2,500 RPMs. He also showed good shape and depth to it. He flashed the occasional changeup in the mix as well, showing some straight fading depth to it. He worked the changeup up to 71 mph with spin above 1,800 RPMs.
