Brian Cespedes is a 2024 OF/2B with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends Eagle Academy for Young Men of Harlem. High-waisted, long, lean frame with tons of physical projection remaining as he continues to fill out. 8.48-second runner during the sixty. Primary outfielder, deliberate works with developing footwork as he worked through the ball. Accurate throws to the bases while continuing to develop arm strength, throwing uphill using extra steps into his release. Right-handed hitter, sets up with an even, balanced stance. Downhill path with a developing feel for the barrel. Tended his wrap his hands behind his head, causing his barrel to drag through the zone. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
