Khalin Rodgers is a 2029 OF/SS with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Lagrange, NC who attends Eastern Wayne. Large, athletic frame with high waist and long limbs, room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 6.95 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, athleticism plays in approach to the ball, fields it to the side, will continue to refine overall actions, full arm action through the back to a lower release with accuracy to intended base. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high back elbow, lower hand set with a linear path through the zone. Present hand speed stands out in swing, has a handle for the barrel and flashes strength at the point of contact when squared; gets into lower half well in swing.
