Ryan Donahue is a 2027 1B/RHP with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Worcester, MA who attends St. John's. Thick bodied young build with lots of strength potential. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a tight hand load, drifts to his front side early, swings hard, hits to all fields, more strength potential there to develop. 9.00 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, arm strength is his best defensive tool, can continue to work on his lower half agility and athleticism. Took a turn on the mound, works from a full wind up with a multi-piece arm action. Fastball topped out at 73 mph with some cutter type action, comes across the ball at release, also threw a soft curveball. Good student.
