2023 13U/14U Fall South Showcase
Danny Chavez is a 2029 RHP/SS, MIF with a 5-9 126 lb. frame from El Paso, TX who attends Eastlake. Long, lanky and slender build. Ran a 8.15 in the sixty. Infielder, good footwork and a quicker first step for age. Looked to make the plays. Fundamental on the dirt, can gain more strength behind throws with time. Stiffer slot at present. Also pitched, high three-quarter slot and shorter stride length. Stays on line well, fastball commanded well to both halves. Curveball has developing shape out of hand, developing intent to arm. Right-handed hitter, high hand set from slightly open stance and steady backside load. Looks to work out front with intent. Bit of strength to the hands and found a few barrels to the pull side. Can clear a bit for age.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
