Raleigh Urrutia is a 2030 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Meridian, ID who attends Rocky Mountain. Lean young build with room for strength. Ran a 7.99 60-yard dash. On the mound, worked with a stiffer full arm action to an over-the-top slot, showed some arm quickness and competed in the zone, fastball 72-74 mph T74 and mixed a 63 mph breaking ball while throwing strikes. Worked in the infield with energy and range, moves with good balance and gathered well into throws, shows feel to drop the slot on the move, arm strength plays for size with 76 mph across the infield. Right-handed hitter with an open stance and uphill path through the zone, showed quickness to the hands and got the barrel through on time, contact worked best when staying more level through the middle of the field. Excellent student.
