Justin Miguel Rosario De Leon is a 2022 C/3B with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, NC who attends Centro Educativo Rosario. Long frame with long limbs and and high waist and loads f projection. Ran a 7.46 in the sixty yard dash. A primary catcher, quick feet that he replaces quickly and in line. Whippy arm that creates carry and put that ball on the right side of the bag consistently. Repeats and showed game actions, really loose hips that he can adjust with to receive. A right-handed hitter, starts balanced and slightly open. Utilizes an inside path with solid bat to ball skills and some drive to the opposite field gap. Line drive oriented. High level defender with a solid chance to hit for average.
