Óscar Rafael Penson Ayala is a 2026 OF/1B with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Santiago, ST who attends Santa María HS. Recorded a 7.88 second 60-yard dash time. Tall and strong frame with a solid present build and room for more. Primary outfielder with deliberate actions and aggressive in on the charge. Quicker transfer and gets rid of it well. Pulls the arm down well and had throws up to 82 mph. Right-handed hitter with very good hand speed and a balanced, slightly open start. Really good bat speed and sets plane early. Lots of pre pitch movement but the ingredients here are very good. Great student.
