Luke Martin is a 2027 RHP/OF with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Dacula, GA who attends Hebron Christian Academy. Tall, lean build with long levers. Ran a 7.62 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, even and balanced setup, has some rhythm in the hands, inward knee lift trigger. Catches the ball deep in the zone and stays on the backside, hitting the ball the other way often with decent strength coming off. Primary right-handed pitcher, short side step into a shallow leg lift, compact arm action to a high three-quarters slot. Solid athleticism working down the slope with developing arm speed. Worked in the upper-60s on the fastball, topping at 70 mph (2022 RPM) and challenged in the zone, mixed in curveball with short shape, up to 56 mph (2042 RPM). Secondary outfielder, under control actions on the charge, breaks down and fields with one hand on the side of the body, clean arm action to a higher slot release point. Has solid arm strength for the age that will continue getting better with added strength, recorded throws up to 74 mph. Good student.
