Giovanni Daniele is a 2027 C/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Syosset, NY who attends Syosset. Medium athletic build. 7.50 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up in a right knee down stance, comes out of his crouch well but can gain more ground into his throws, medium length arm action with some young arm strength, can improve his direction but made accurate throws, has the tools to keep improving defensively. Right handed hitter, starts from a straight stance with a hard shift to his front side, lifting swing with some bat speed and lift, raw bat speed is there to project his swing with some adjustments. Excellent student.
