Cam Kellar is a 2028 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Barboursville, WV who attends St. Joseph Catholic. He has a tall frame with long levers and room to fill. Ran the 60-Yard Dash in 7.65 seconds. Primary first baseman that gets his glove down early and features a big gather. He transfers the ball smoothly and showed solid footwork when turning the double play. He has a longer arm action and cuts the ball at times. Secondary right-handed pitcher that works from the middle of the rubber and uses a small leg lift. He has a shorter stride down the mound and throws with high effort. He has a four pitch mix featuring a fastball, curveball, slider, and change up. His pitches have shorter break and he works to the outside corner of the plate. Also worked out in the outfield, fielding the ball off his front foot and keeping his throws low and online. Right-handed hitter that has an even base with low hands and a low back elbow. He uses a small stride for timing and has a flat path through the zone. He looks to make line drive contact and uses all parts of the field. Excellent student.
