Carson Franjesevic is a 2029 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-2 206 lb. frame from Seminole, FL who attends Northside Christian. Big and strong build. Ran a 7.80 60-yard dash. Right-handed hitter, sets up in an open stance with a short stride into close and a busy hand load, shows strength at contact and good present bat speed, can drive the gaps and flashed pull/lift power as well, strength stands out for his class. Primary first baseman on defense, where he showed some feel for the moves around the bag, with throws at 79 mph and good accuracy across the diamond. He had good feeds as well. Took reps at shortstop, with throws across the diamond at 82 mph as well. He had a compact arm stroke through the back, with throws coming out fine and good accuracy present during his round. Took to the mound as a right-handed hitter, with a simple operation on the mound, showing tall-and-fall mechanics, from a standard sidestep delivery. He had a shorter arm action working from a higher three-quarters arm slot. The fastball worked 79-82 mph with four-seam shape to it. He was able to attack the zone early with the heater. He also showed a slider with decent depth and developing traits to it, flashing lateral shape presently. He worked quick and was able to get in on right-handers and force some tough swings.
