Hunter Buol is a 2025 UT/RHP, 1B, 3B, SS, IF, OF with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Federal Way, WA who attends Decatur. Features a longer, lean, projectable frame with plenty of room to add. Offers a three-pitch mix that includes, fastball, slider and changeup. Fastball has some arm side run with a chance to add velocity. Slider showed shape and some late sweep. Changeup stayed deceptive and he kept it down in the zone. Strike thrower that keeps hitters off balance. In the outfield, he fields to front with a quick transfer to from glove to hand. Has a full, loose arm with quickness flashing strength and carry with easy, quick transition into throws. Stayed accurate throughout the round. At the plate, he has a medium base with a slightly open stance and a high back elbow and a subtle leg lift into the swing. Stays on an even plane and compact with present bat speed. His approach resulted in a bunch a line drives as he stayed on the barrel showing solid barrel control. Ran a 5.06 forty-yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
