Brennan Labbe is a 2024 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Missoula, MT who attends Hellgate. Features a medium, athletic build. Ran a 7.32 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder. Fields the ball out front with proper footwork into the catchpoint. Crates some momentum into the release. Throws with intent. Will throw uphill at times. Reached 76 mph during defensive workouts. Left-handed hitter. Utilizes a slightly open stance with a high back elbow. Shows rhythmic hands on a linear path. Swings with intent while showing the ability to create loft at times. Balls jump off the barrel when squared up. Approach consistently works through the middle of the field. Left-handed pitcher. Displays a clean, repeatable delivery down the mound. Throws from a 3/4 slot. Fastball sat 75-77 mph with run. Can create late bite on mid-60’s curveball when spun well. Fading, low-70’s changeup showed the ability to miss bats consistently. Pitch mix and movement keeps hitters off balance and results in quick outs. Excellent student.
