Noah Fletcher is a 2028 RHP/OF with a 6-0 174 lb. frame from Morgantown, WV who attends Grafton. Medium athletic build with some strength for his age and more to come. Works from an open stretch with a belt high leg raise and a low 3/4's to side arm slot, long and loose arm with a clean release. Fastball topped out at 75 mph with the expected run and sink, threw almost fastballs and was effective getting off barrels and threw strikes. Flashed a slider that will need to be further developed. 7.43 runner in the sixty. Secondary outfielder on defense, tends to stop at the ball to field, fields off to the side, throws from a lower arm slot and makes soft accurate throws, developing fundamentals and actions. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a high hand load, short and aggressive move into contact, has a short swing with limited extension through contact, mid field to opposite field contact. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
