Bryce Lechner is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Lasalle, MI who attends Monroe. Medium athletic build with some strength for his age. Has simple turn and throw mechanics on the mound, stays tall over the rubber with a high knee leg raise, tight 3/4's arm slot that hides the ball well, has good direction down the mound. Tends to rush his mechanics from the stretch and leave his arm behind. Fastball was very consistent at 73-74 mph with some sink, did a good job of throwing strikes with his fastball and challenging hitters. Also threw a soft curveball that will improve with additional arm speed. 7.78 runner in the sixty. Plays the outfield when not on the mound, has young actions, tends to stop at the ball and kill his momentum into his throws, two-handed fielder. Right handed hitter, has a well balanced set up with a short inside swing path, high contact approach with an opposite field orientation. Good student.
