Noah Ruiz is a 2027 OF/IF with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Atwater, CA who attends El Capitan. Features a medium, athletic build. Ran a 7.48 60-yard dash. Worked out in the outfield and on the infield. Displayed sound fundamentals in the outfield. Transfers well into short arm action throws. Was accurate with solid carry, throwing 72 mph. Showcased the ability to move well laterally on the infield. Catches the routine ball. Still developing consistent footwork throughout. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a simple, balanced setup. Looks to use the entire field. Showed the ability to stay back and drive balls well. Can create quality pullside power with more to come. Very good student.
