Joaquin Ayala is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 5-9 162 lb. frame from Sabana Grande, PR who attends San Agustin. Primary right-handed pitcher with a medium frame and build. Recorded a 7.48 second 60-yard dash time. Low lift with long arm path to a high slot release. Good feel for a two-pitch mix with confidence in his delivery. Fastball up to 77 mph (1795 RPM) with some arm side run. Slider with tighter spin and depth at 61 mph (1822 RPM). Worked mainly arm side with the fastball and glove side with the slider. Works quick with intent and feel to execute both pitches. Excellent student.
