James Bowman is a 2028 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Baldwin, MD, who attends Dulaney High School. He has a tall and lean, athletic build with some present strength and more to come. Defensively, he shows versatility between the outfield and first base with solid overall actions. He also has reliable glove work and a strong arm that shows carry on his throws. He moves well around the bag at first with feel for the pivot, along with good momentum through his throws from the outfield. At the plate, the right-handed hitter has a confident setup and clear intent in his swing. He has quick hands, bat speed, and some leverage that allow the ball to jump off the barrel when he is synced up. Projectable player with tooks on both sides of the ball. Excellent student.
