Brady Hollwedel is a 2027 OF/RHP/3B with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Port Chester, NY who attends Rye Country Day School. Lean young build with long arms and legs. Primary outfielder on defense, works directly through the ball and has good fundamentals fielding the ball, long and loose arm action and gets on top of the ball, repeats his actions well. Also worked out in the infield with similar fundamentally sound actions, arm works better in the outfield. Right handed hitter, starts from a spread bent knee stance with a short back tap trigger, busy hand load, doesn't get through his front side consistently, short line drive swing with contact to all fields. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a belt high leg raise start, limited lower half drive to the plate, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was in the mid-70's with occasional running action. Also threw a firm change up with some heavy running life and a downer curveball that had some feel to it. Good student.
